This liquid lipstick is gluten-free and was not tested on animals. Formulated without petrolatum.

Gently exfoliate your lips and add a lightweight lip balm or moisturizing cream to your lips. Wait for your lips to dry and absorb the moisturizer.  Finally, apply the lipstain. Because of the highly pigmented nature of our lipstains, we recommend that you blot your lips with a piece of toilet paper to remove the excess color.
